SHIPPING:  We ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days unless notified otherwise or if a custom order is placed. We cannot guarantee a delivery date other than what the post office gives us.  If your product arrives damaged, please contact the United States Postal Service AND Pickle Stew.  We would like to help you make it right.  Our items are shipped wrapped well in bubble wrap to resist breakage.  Some items are heat sensitive and will melt.  Please do not store them in a hot area.  Instructions will be included with each item bought on how to use them and how to store them.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:  Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we cannot refund or exchange opened items.  Any item that has not been opened and is returned to us in its original condition may be refunded or exchanged.  Any mishap on the part of Pickle Stew such as an error order will immediately be corrected by contacting us.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us before leaving a negative review or complaint.  We would like the opportunity to resolve the issue.

LIABILITY:  Pickle Stew items are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any illness or disease.  Always consult a physician when suffering from any disease, illness, or injury. Pregnant and nursing mothers should always consult a medical doctor prior to using any herbal or supplements.
